Studio Services
Over twenty-five years of professional experience in recording, mixing and mastering — from Sydney to Tahiti to the hills of Isère.
Antony Burton holds a Bachelor of Recording Arts degree from the SAE Institute in Sydney, awarded in collaboration with the University of Middlesex (UK). His engineering career has taken him from commercial studios in Australia to a three-year residency at a recording studio in Papeete, Tahiti, where he recorded percussion, vocals, guitars and ukulele for some of the island's best-known artists.
Today Antony operates a fully equipped home studio in Chatte, Isère, where he records, mixes and masters both his own music and projects for other artists. His approach is rooted in capturing honest, musical performances — then shaping them with care into a finished sound that works on every platform.

Selected Projects
Tahiti
During his time at the studio in Papeete, Antony was involved in many musical projects — among them recording the chants of a Tahitian choir for the group Deep Forest, whose music featured on the soundtrack to the 2000 film Le Prince du Pacifique; working with Guy Laurens, the founder of the group Fenua, on the album Mua; and recording several pieces of music featuring ukulele, nose flutes, Tahitian percussion and chants for the dance troupe O Tahiti E, directed by Marguerite Lai. The experience of recording in Tahiti — alongside playing and singing with local musicians — was one of the most rewarding and enriching chapters of his life.
